Extended Fasting towards my goal of 68kg and/ or 8% body fats by May Day 💪

Was 76.3kg before my morning workout.
Sweated away 900g through a mix of brisk walking, sprinting and stairs climbing.
Enjoying the EPOC and Fasting combo 😊

16:8 and OMAD feels challenging at times because upon eating some food I’ll feel like eating more and sometimes end up eating some junk food.
Mixing in Extended Fasting to simplify & expedite my fats melting.
