Was 76.3kg before my morning workout.
Sweated away 900g through a mix of brisk walking, sprinting and stairs climbing.
Enjoying the EPOC and Fasting combo 😊
75.4 kg Lost so far: 16.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Don’t forget to stay hydrated, overhydrated is preferred when exercise. Most people who exercise are dehydrated, because they drink water only when they fee thirsty. If you exercise regularly you should routine your water consumption. Whether you’re thirsty or not, always drink a lot of water.

Thank you Nate! Yea, nowadays 'snacks' for me are variety of tea & coffee, apple cider vinegar and sparkling water. Interestingly I am more resistant to thirst and sensations of dehydration nowadays. The only instances when my urine is dark yellow is after meals with saltish stuff. Most of the time it is clear or pale yellow even after I exercise and perspire a lot. I reckon being in a constant state of ketosis through my consistent low-carb OMAD & EF generated internal/ metabolic water for my own body.
