Dijon Crusted Parmesan Chicken

Delicious baked chicken breast encrusted in Dijon mustard and parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 °F (190 °C) and spray baking pan with cooking spray like Pam.
  2. Mix egg and mustard in one bowl and parmesan cheese and bread crumbs in another.
  3. Dredge chicken breasts in egg wash and the bread crumb mixture and place on pan.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes.

OMG...This was sooo good. I didnt have any parmasan so i cooked it without and sprinkled a little skim mozz cheese. YUMMY YUMMY
