Hi there! I am 32 and mum to 3 kids, 1, 4, 6 yrs old. With every baby I just put on a permanent 5kgs. With years of yo yo dieting and exercising, slimming pills etc is getting me to nowhere. I am giving it a final shot and seriously focusing on eating clean, and reducing intake while increasing output (exercises/energy expenditure). It is going to take a while... but Slow and steady weight loss is better than a sudden crash. I am starting to track my calorie intake now and working out regularly. WE CAN DO THIS!!!!
