A really fast and yummy side dish.
Ingredients
Directions
- Fry turkey bacon crisp over medium heat in a non-stick pan.
- Remove to drain on paper towels. Very lightly wipe some of grease from the pan with a paper towel.
- Lower heat to medium-low, and sauté garlic a minute or two in turkey bacon residue. Do not brown or let burn.
- Add green beans to garlic. Sauté lightly.
- Cut fried bacon into small bites with kitchen shears and return to pan.
- Cook all ingredients together for 2 minutes.
- Add a splash or two of white wine vinegar (cider vinegar also works) and cook an additional 2 minutes, or until the liquid has removed all the yummy brown bits from the pan.

This was so good. I used red wine vinegar instead because that was all I had but it was amazing. I would have never thought to add either the wine or vinegar.
