A healthy and tasty meal prep breakfast for the whole family.

Directions

  1. Whisk liquid egg whites and almond milk together.
  2. Wash vegetables. Slice mushrooms and bell pepper.
  3. Spray a pan with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients and pour in the pan.
  4. Bake at pre-heated oven at 400°F for 30 minutes.
