After my night shift, i went for my 10km and im left with 7kg to go. my 2nd chapter of weight goal are getting nearer and nearer. Hoping to lose 3kg per week if possible. Ok fsfamily its time for me to go to bed. Goodnight and goodluck. Cheers :)
