不是我說中啊,是你開始恢復上班時的飲食了😅😅😅😅蛋黃酥豆花蛋糕芋圓啥都來了👍👍就說都可以吃吼,但是正餐要吃得夠跟正確,你正餐吃正常餐點的量不覺得越來越少嗎?只要正餐吃夠吃正確,那些要少吃的點心類正餐後吃點無妨。
