16:8 and OMAD feels challenging at times because upon eating some food I’ll feel like eating more and sometimes end up eating some junk food.
Mixing in Extended Fasting to simplify & expedite my fats melting.
75.7 kg Lost so far: 16.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
