Dry Fasted between Sunday 8pm to Monday 1pm (17 hours). Had a short brisk walk in the morning and a longer walk under the hot noon sun. The non-consumption of water didn’t bothered me.
80.2 kg Lost so far: 11.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
