After 17hrs of dry fasting and 6hrs of replenishing on water and a small meal, I went for a jog.
To my astonishment, I could run at a constant pace for 2.4km. Over the past decade I would have need to slow down or walk due to breathlessness or aches.

I wish I can get better like you, but I have asthma and low blood pressure, cardio is a seriously torturing method for me 😭 But to be able to jog constantly, that means your heart and lungs are getting really better. Toxins from smoking is the real deal, but you can get this better. You must have been taking care of yourself very well. 👍

Thank you Nate. How's your asthma? Do you need to always carry an inhaler? I have mild high blood pressure and in midst of fixing it permanently. Previously besides breathlessness, my legs would feel numb and would have to walk instead of jog or run. The marvels of Fasting indeed.
