5.4kg drop with 5 days of fasting.
My first extended fasting attempt last month was 5kg drop after 6 days.
Fasting indeed gets easier & more efficient with each practice.
81.5 kg Lost so far: 10.6 kg.    Still to go: 13.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
