Yea, gotta make good use of the ketones which is fuelling my brain now hahah. “The Complete Guide to Fasting” kept me going last month. Doing the same with this other book by Dr Jason Fung :)

wish I knew that during my schooling days! The time spent eating and the food-induced sleepiness reduced the precious time for the last-minute studying :(
