Day 6 of water-fasting and the smallest weight change (300g) thus far. Switching at noon today to 16:8 intermittent fasting to try it out for the first time. Carry out 12days of extended water-fasting after Chinese New Year 🧧
81.5 kg Lost so far: 10.5 kg.    Still to go: 13.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

@Bernard.Sg, thanks. But my phobia have a reason my grandma and relatives have diabetes. I suffering when they suffering 😔. I afraid when I see my probable future. I tracking myself now for healthy future and be alive and healthy for helping my grandma and my family 🙏🏼.
