我這個月沒更新體重ㄚ那是上個月的😭😭😭我上個月國慶連假後吃完大餐漲了0.8到48,好不容易減到47.2卻又漲了在47.5上下來回排,週末兩天就暴漲至48.2😱😱😱比吃大餐還可怕,更可怕的是完全不知道為何?😓😓😑😑😭😭😭
