每天都吃益生菌啊!但只要作息時間一變動💩💩就會變困難😭😭😭吃再多都一樣😰😰😰

不喔,宅媽,益生菌要看它說明的內容,有一些是飯後吃,有一些是飯前吃,最好依照它的指示,因為菌種都不一樣
