昨晚沒運動又聚餐嗑麻辣鴨血豆腐鍋+獨吃一大碗麻辣乾拌麵+1/2個胡椒餅,今早體重⬆️0.2算是對我開恩了🤣
今天是情人節耶😍運動再休息一天好了,晚上來約老公去看場電影吧-拳力逃脫🎬😁
