連假運動中心照上 結果只有二個同學 大家都出去玩了啊 😅😅😅 練三頭 甩彈力繩 深蹲 最困難的是拉繩引體向上 體重太重 幾下就不行了😭😭😭 兩人上好像one on one 沒辦法偷懶😱 一樣無糖豆漿加賽百味 等下跑步去
