補潑早餐 運動前小潘一塊 今天比較累是肘撐一分鐘三組 推腳各方向30下三組 跟教練一組 躺下 雙腳往上抬 教練使勁往各方向推 推下不落地再往上抬 幾下就累了 跟教練有仇😭😭😭 回來賽百味加無糖豆漿 加零嘴 下來跑步機10分鐘🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️
