運動前太陽餅 好久沒上了 滿身大汗 教練特別指導 伏地挺身15下 拉彈力繩15下 手拿壺鈴 腳綁彈力繩螃蟹走路來回 雙腳懸吊肘撐30秒 二頭 三頭 登山跑 弓箭步 波比跳15下 三輪 嘴唇發白了 太久沒練了 全身酸痛 多負擔了七八公斤體重😭😭😭
