It’s been 116hrs and 33% to my goal of 348hr fasting. Enjoying the ketosis and 42mins of moderate intensity workout powered by my body fats 💪

4.7kg drop after 104hrs (4.3 days) of fasting.
Daily drop from yesterday is 800g, the steady rate now that ketosis & autophagy has set in.

It’s been 111hrs of fasting and just finished closing my Apple Watch rings (Move 500kcal, Exercise 30mins, Stand 12hrs). Replenished body sodium with a teaspoon tip of sea salt, mixed with Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar and cold water.
