到內湖客戶端開會本來順道找前同事吃飯 還好line太晚回 剛好客戶樓下有全家 買菠蘿麵包配生菜水果 但菠蘿麵包熱量好高 抵得上芋泥卷乀 😭😭😭

菠蘿熱量就很高了加上脆皮..😅。昨天一早也忍不住吃了全家的奶酥麵包(1個380卡),所以吃一半。不過你早上那餐很健康欸,應該可以平衡一下.....吧。
