Done cooking for my lunch later today - Catfish fillet with extra virgin olive oil and fried brown rice with broccoli and anchovies.

Dude what’s the protein like for the catfish?

Hope catfish not from farms in Cambodia and Vietnam too much antibiotics used there on their farm because of pollutants run off from the land which flow down to their river water and these get pump into the ponds. Just a vicious cycle especially downstream.
