昨晚回娘家吃大餐後不敢怠惰,老公陪家人打牌,我在客廳連續做1小時的抬腿運動,以及半小時的力瑜珈拉筋,流蠻多汗的,今早體重沒增反減0.1,太開心了😄🎉
