約媽:差20的數字是不多...主要是因為我是以9月初時自身肌肉量31.4kgs. 基礎代謝是1874..跟約兄的1700多比較.相對就會覺得他基礎代謝好高..所以感覺差20就覺得落差很大..(因為代謝越高.躺著都能瘦.還更有資格吃又不胖)
