有把腿毛都刮乾淨了才上秤嗎🤣🤣

肌肉量有錯喔 扣掉脂肪體重 人體有6-7成是水分 還有骨頭毛髮 大概也會佔個2-3公斤 還有器官那些剩下才是肌肉重
