那約哥和我弟一樣增重組⋯ 我弟靠吃胖不起來,只能靠健身增重⋯ 辛苦增重7、8公斤⋯ 一下忙沒健身 很快就瘦回去⋯ 他說很浪費錢⋯ 氣死他了⋯ 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
