約哥 我那天忘記看什麼的時候看到,「身體記憶體重的記憶效應是30天」。但我們保持在這種體重好像都超過三十天了,被記憶了嗎?是不是要努力往下減一下再維持三十天比較好?🤣🤣我等疫苗第二針打完再來思考這個問題好了😅😅😅
