平盤🤔 應該是昨天汗流太多😅😅😅 肌肉好像少了 膝蓋有點不舒服 後來發現內側的筋有點發炎 可能之前運動有點過量 先休息一下好了😅

哈哈哈..吃韓式泡面會瘦...約兄可惜不在越南..不然要麻煩你幫忙..越南公司還有200多包😭。致重我開始減脂..同事們也都不敢宵夜吃泡麵了..是誰害了誰呢..當初買一堆怕大家餓...放了一年多了...
