I broke my dry fasting, last night I felt heat in my body until I couldn’t sleep at all, with about 1 litre of water (separated to 2 drinking) after fasting for 2 days, my weight before breaking the fasting was 85.4kg, and after breaking my weight was 86kg.
I woke up with a little bit of dizziness, probably because I couldn’t sleep very well last night.
Yesterday I didn’t feel hungry, had a little bit of left knee joint pain and it went away in few hour, I had mild low blood pressure (I didn’t measure my blood pressure but I knew it because while getting up I had mild dizziness, but it’s much better than water fasting).
My jaw has been hurting for a couple of weeks, and but now the pain is gone.
Now I’m going water fasting, but I’m gonna limit my water consumption to 1-2 litres, and I’ll drink only 1 time a day. I don’t have any reason for that, I’m gonna doing experiment. I’m going to do water fasting for a week or 2 weeks, until I feel hungry again.
