Slight gain but waist line and neck circumference both reduced by 0.5cm.
77.4 kg Lost so far: 14.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You use the waist around your belly button right? Not the waist that you wear pants. Precisely the waist for measuring body fat is the center between to rib and hip bone. I made the mistake by using pants waist before. 😅

Yea, around belly button as per the US Navy method. True, also easier to achieve consistency accuracy than the pants size method haha

Pants waist can get bigger or smaller by the pants size, so it’s inaccurate. Do you measure your chest size? My chest size is always the same as my pants waist. I’m not sure that I make mistake while measuring or I’m a man who has hourglass figure 😓

Sounds like you have a Mesomorph shape. I'd rather be Meso than Ecto or Endo haha. My focus is on body fats % thus I don't measure chest size :)

Before I lost weight, I saw myself as a cola can. My chest, waist, and hip lines were the same. 😂 But now I can see under my under-skin belly fat that without it my waistline is gonna quite small, I feel weird to be “hourglass man” 😓
