A good experience over the past week that rapid weight gain can happen easily.
I attribute this to past 3 months of 1500kcal calories restriction. Due to homeostasis, my body had adjusted from 2000kcal basal metabolic rate to less than 1500kcal, possibly close to 1000kcal BMR.
85.7 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I hate it when that happens. Time for some high-intensity interval training (HIIT)? Or maybe trying a keto diet?

Yea, I did some HIIT by following YouTube videos to have a breakthrough from 3 weeks of stagnant at 86kg despite maintaining a dietary 500kcal deficit. There was no drop from 86kg despite achieving up to 1000kcal burnt on most days. At the beginning of February I did a 6-day fasting and lost 5kg. I’m doing a 14-day starting tomorrow 😉
