How many days your extended fasting is gonna last?

After my gym membership is off, I planned to do 30 days fasting.

Yea, it'll be my longest water-fast attempt. I wish to attain my target weight of 74kg and best health as soon as possible. Especially when it is unusual times these days and I wish to use Fasting to strengthen my mental resilience and to know that I can survive and function well without food for 2 weeks.
Dr Jason Fung's book "The Complete Guide To Fasting: Heal Your Body Through Intermittent, Alternate-Day, and Extended Fasting" is da bomb. It's so well-written that I finished it twice within 3 days. When I had the occasional hunger pangs during my 6-day fast, I reviewed the bookmarked pages while drinking water/ tea/ coffee.
I'll share my experiences and tips when I start my extended fasting in 64hrs time. Stay tuned!

IF - I tried for 3days, 14, 16, 18 hours windows, cannot tahan the hunger and tend to eat a larger portion, 4th day back to normal- need to a lot of determinations to be successful in IF .... 💪🙏💪

Glad you had the courage to try the various IF durations! Yea, it is challenging but gets easier with practice 😄👍
