我昨天也上樓了😓😓😓!昨天早餐吃完後到中午都不覺得餓只覺得渴,煮好午餐後只吃了一個肉湯圓和兩顆小煙丸後就只想喝水,幸好昨天水有代謝掉今早下樓了😅😅😅
