好多天沒上來⋯ 快速滑了一下⋯ 羽衣甘藍哪會難吃⋯ 我經常吃很愛⋯ 生吃就要吃嫩葉的部分,我每次生吃的都只有嫩葉,口感很好,味道也很好 ⋯ 我若吃不是嫩葉部分 ,就要燙過或煮過再吃⋯ 你打成汁加蜂蜜蘋果只會越喝越肥,雖說也是有營養價值⋯ 以上88
