不過壓力也是造成潰瘍的一種,能吃的下也能舒緩一點壓力😆😆😆

嗯。據說跟胃潰瘍不一樣餓會痛吃點食物能舒緩。
但我先生不一樣他根本吃不大下東西,所以以前有潰瘍或是腸炎時都會瘦個兩三公斤

炸雞~恰恰的荷包蛋邊邊,都不能吃喔!!
你就想像~你的胃有傷口~~那些恰恰~刺刺硬硬的食物~一直一直在你傷口上刮呀刮~刮呀刮.....
這樣怎麼會好!!
你不覺得它很可憐嗎😭?
