我先要為接下來可能的大餐預留扣打😋😋😋,再來就是應付冬天莫明其妙的腫😓😓😓去年年初腫努力噴汗慢慢消到年中(八月)才降了一公斤多,然後又慢慢腫到今年年初,重複去年的噴汗慢慢消腫到現在年中了!還沒能回到去年最瘦時😭😭😭
