我之前在減醣社團看到有人分享喝酒的資訊,她說她都喝濃度高的比較不會胖!
我是覺得如果真的要喝真的是威士忌或是白酒比較不容易胖,但是濃度越高熱量也越高!
當然~如果可以不要喝是最好!酒精多少會影響減重😂😂
