我應該昨晚沒睡好也上升0.2😱😱😱,我的酒樓怎麼那麼難進,才進去就又上升回來,明明凌晨不到一點就被餓醒來的說,早上也是餓著量體重結果反而變重😖😖😭😭😭

宅媽 壓力大皮質醇分泌太多 也會胖不會瘦哦 放輕鬆啦 有時候女生的內分泌很難講 尤其年紀慢慢增加 什麼雌激素、黃體素 都會影響體重的啦⋯
