約哥 放屁很臭代表你蛋白質分解不良,ㄧ是你胃酸分泌不夠,胃酸分泌夠的話,有即時分解蛋白質,吃肉也不太會臭喔。二是你第一口食物絕對是澱粉類或者說絕對不是蛋白質。🤔🤔🤔改一下第一口食物入口順序😅😅😅
