我已經好幾天沒量體重了,不敢量🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️,心臟不好⋯ 回家肆無忌憚好幾天,全挑高熱量的吃⋯ 本來以為回台北就能乖乖減重幾天就能消耗⋯ 沒想到又來個餐卷消耗行程⋯ 只能等我吃完今天的2個便當⋯ 節制幾天再說⋯ 但下週一有朋友約我去吃漢堡🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
