感覺蠻妙的,連吃三天,原抱定今早的體重已做好破58的準備,沒想到居然沒增反減😳不過就昨晚只吃木瓜平衡一下中午吃太多而已啊😅晚餐一餐沒吃,效果如此之大🤣會不會明早反噬,措手不及😅😅😅
