(中午12:42測量!數值跟10:45量時也是差異蠻大耶!體重一樣!但體脂、肌肉量、骨鹽量、蛋白質都差很多⋯真奇怪)(中午的數值好很多、但是明明只差兩個小時、而且早上還有喝了防彈咖啡☕️)(噗⋯算了⋯反正就參考參考而已~)
