今天一早量87.2 嚇了一跳 昨天應該沒吃那麼多 後來發現超級乾的polo衫 很重 脫了剩86.8 另外這次優衣庫買的長褲0.6公斤 還是算86.8好了 靠晚上trx了😅😅😅
