果然!這4天沒有白白浪費全部吃進去的食物🤣豬腳啊~豬腳!讓我體脂足足上升1.1%,這次胖的還蠻紮實的,游泳圈又重現江湖了😅結論:沒運動+不忌口大吃+熬夜打牌+吃零食=一定肥🤣今天開始要重新來過💪一早看到體重數字又有減肥動力了🤣
