連3天持平的體重,終於在昨晚的壽司🍣宴後,起了些許變化,今早微微⬆️0.1🤣晚上準備回娘家吃阿母的料理~開心~減肥暫時拋開,等身體支氣管過敏發炎狀態恢復,再加把勁追回來就是了☺️
