(體重真的突破一個禮拜的卡關 減少了⋯體脂也有降⋯🎉但是⋯肌肉理所當然的⋯也瘦了⋯凹嗚😅⋯)(實在很懶⋯懶的運動⋯不喜歡流汗💦的感覺⋯嘖⋯心理建設還沒做好⋯難在跨出的第一步啊⋯再等等吧⋯哈)(決定開始減肥到目前總共三個禮拜~體重減2公斤、體脂減3%)加油加油加油⋯繼續堅持⋯總會走到成功的那天❤️
