Steven Anthony's Journal, 29 Jun 18

Day 71 of my 90-day program went really well. I was able to stick to OMAD pretty easily. I got up and had coffee and made lunch. I've figured out about what I need to get satisfied and not eat too many calories. I left for work and walked 5 miles. I also did some exercises but no sit-ups. (Keep thinking I will, but somehow it doesn't happen).

So, my weigh-in today, SUPER EXCITED I finally dipped below 190 lbs, but just barely. Still, I lost the water gain of last week plus some extra. My goal next week is to reach a solid 187. Now, I have hovered in the 190's for quite a while because "life happens". I had some setbacks, I didn't track 100 percent, and I ate some carbs one day when my neck was pinched nerve (life support for poor little Crumbcake).

I'm happy today because I'm back on track. My motivation and determination have faltered several times, but I pressed on. Now, I have to fight to stay where I am and not lose my gains.

Have a great day everyone! Happy Friday! :)

Great job! Sometimes it is hard to stay on track, but if you just keep plugging away, it will come eventually!!

The exercise I do is Fitness Blender workouts. It's free and there's a very large variety for everyone to find something they can do.
