Day 70 of my 90-day program went really well. I only ate one meal the day before, had plenty of sleep and woke up early. I walked 5 miles, but no extra exercise. I really want to start doing sit-ups, but it is not in my habit. I'm thinking about a 30-day sit-up program to see if I can make it part of my new lifestyle.

I only ate one meal, walked an extra mile in the evening and my appetite was killed. Never even wanted food (I'll try it again tonight and see if the same thing happens).

The days I eat only one meal have been pretty awesome, Who knew? I'm not sure, but this could become an option for me. At least until I get to my goal weight. I'm looking "skinny fat" and realize I need to add some lean muscle mass for my age.

Wow total success! Looks like you have a technique that is working! It is funny that your OMAD is for weight loss... this is what I plan for my 'maintenance plan'. Experience has shown me that I will gain weight if I eat multiple times a day :( Wish it wasn't true, but that has been my experience so far :(

@Adefwebserver I am thinking about OMAD for maintenance as well. Maybe just more calories.

If I ate without gorging I think I would be fine. Haven't been able to pull it off (see my refeeding over the past 2 months) You, on the other hand (as demonstrated over the past few months) are capable of 'reasonable behavior' (not perfect, but effective). I think you have a number of 'choices' :)

@Momma6224 how can we get some lean muscle? I can't afford to go to the gym, but my city park has some exercise machines. I also can do some squats without weight. Next month I'm thinking about a challenge for crunches? (To do some everyday and see progression and improvement at the end of the month.)
