早上本來一量85.4公斤 隔了一陣子再量84.8公斤 差了0.6公斤是體重計壞了嗎? 🤔還是相信比較低的體重😅😅😅
最近睡醒的體重好像比睡前還重 是不是運動量太多?以前都會減少快半公斤...
